Kids Vision
Did you know that Jesus paid special attention to children when he was teaching? It was Jesus who said, "The kingdom of heaven belongs to the children," and "Whoever wants to be the greatest needs to become like a child," and "You'd do better to tie a rope and throw yourself into the sea than to drive a little one away from God!" Children were so important to Jesus. He loved their capacity to trust, their ability to believe, and their tendency to laugh and play. At City Lights Church we want to view our children the way Jesus did! We want to serve them well. We have designed our Kid's Program so that your child will creatively learn about Jesus and the basics of Christian life.
When and how do I register my child in City Lights Kids' Program?
We begin welcoming children into our Kids' Program at 10:30 a.m. There is signage all throughout our facility directing you to the correct classrooms which are categorized by age. We have classes for Newborn-12 months, 1-2 year olds, 3 year olds-2nd grade, and 3rd-5th grade children. You will want to register your child at the welcome desk located just down the stairs from the lobby and then escort your child to his or her class. This will not only allow you to meet the teachers, but will also help your child learn his or her way around the facility. If it's your first time to City Lights, there is a Kids’ Host at the welcome desk who will help you find your way.
