Parking
Turn in just after the City Lights Church sign and a parking attendant will let you know where to park.
Before the Service
Starbucks Coffee, Tazo tea, bagels and doughnuts are available in the lobby anytime. Please feel free to bring your beverage and breakfast into the auditorium.
Worship
We start the service by singing for about 20-25 minutes.The picture of worship painted in the Bible is one of heartfelt expression to God; worship is expressed! You might see people raising their hands, clapping, or weeping during the music. We want to worship in a manner that's real; for us at City Lights that means low-key, no pressure, non-hyped, heartfelt responses to the Living God!
Teaching from the Bible
After worship we learn from the Bible for 30-35 minutes. We believe that the Bible is God's instruction manual for our lives. We try to present the Bible in a way that is easy to understand and equate to modern day living. Some teachings/questions that we focus on are; Who is God? Why did God send Jesus? What does the Bible say about my life problems? You don't have to agree with everything. We'll just share what we believe and what we've experienced.
Prayer
We always end our service by praying for those who would like prayer and singing one last worship song. There will be someone from our prayer team available to pray with you.
