Steve Oros
Staff Pastor
Steve is the Staff Pastor/Elder at City Lights Church. His main roles include taking a larger percentage of the Sunday teaching role, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the church, and sharing the shepherding and governace of the church with the other Elders.

Casey Neeb
Worship Leader & Ministry Coordinator
Casey is the Worship Leader at City Lights. Her role is to lead the church in musical worship as well as finding members for and organizing the team. Casey also serves as our Ministry Coordinator, making sure the various areas of the church are running smoothly. She is also using her heart and giftings to lead our serving to our neighbors around the church in the surrounding community.
Kristen Stewart
Office Manager & Bookkeeper
Kristen handles day-to-day operations in our office and also handles our bookkeeping, making sure our finances are in order.
Nicolas & Abby Poindexter
City Lights Youth Leaders
Nicolas and Abby together lead our youth program for ages 11-18. The youth group meets every other week after service. They bring energy and passion to the job as they work to lead the youth of our church to know and love Jesus.
Kristin Neugebauer
Kids Program Administrative Director
Kristin oversees everything administrative with the City Lights Kids Program. She recruits and organizes volunteers, oversees the safety of the children including running background checks, and makes sure everything is running smoothly with City Lights Kids.
